You can request deletion of your Strenja account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@strenja.com with the subject line
Account Deletion Request, using the email or phone number associated with your Strenja account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (username, avatar, bio)
- Your location history and match/wave data
- Any reports or blocks associated with your account
- Your login credentials
Processing time

You send a deletion request to support@strenja.com.

We process the request within 30 days.

You receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention records), for a period not exceeding what is legally required.
